Sodexo is seeking a Human Resources Support Specialist to support the Food Service department with Deaconess Health System. The role involves creating job marketing materials, managing social media presence, and supporting staff retention within Nutritional Services.

Responsibilities

Create visually compelling job marketing materials using Canva
Manage and grow our presence across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
Represent our brand with warmth and professionalism in candidate interactions
Support, engage, and help retain staff within Nutritional Services
Support managers and hourly employees with HR related tasks
Work daily in software systems such as Microsoft Office, ADP, Kronos, applicant tracking systems, and social media platforms
Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organization

Required

A valid driver's license and acceptable driver's license record check is required
Experienced in administrative and HR support

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
