Responsibilities

Directly supports the CS Segment consolidation for the Monthly Business Review (MBR), Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Joint Strategic Plan (JSP), and other segment level financial reviews

Responsible for consolidating Opportunities and Risks, Key Orders, Sales, General and Administrative (SG&A) expenses for the Monthly Business Reviews (MBR)

Supports the CS International Sales and Business Development Team, by providing timely information and detailed weekly and monthly reports

Responsible for forecasting CS IHO department expenses and reviews current forecasts regularly with the Senior Leadership

Supports the Segment CFO with consolidating responses to the Investor Relations Package

Performs journal entries and intercompany billings as needed

Effective communication and interpersonal skills including a service-oriented mindset

Actively seek opportunities to streamline assigned processes and cross-train with peers
