Responsibilities
Run SAP reports daily to identify plant requirements, current part shortages with commitments to ensure on time delivery
Communicate with buyers and suppliers regarding keeping current commitments and holding suppliers accountable for keeping those commitments
Clear internal obstacles to ensure parts are moving through approval processes, such as quality inspections, first article reviews, engineering changes
Attend weekly working level supply chain, site, and business unit meetings; provide part status inputs along with Line of Balance
Communicate daily with operations and supply chain personnel to highlight future critical part risks
Support on time delivery needs including part number status
Support a multidisciplinary team
Qualification
Required
Minimum AS degree with 3+ years of supply chain experience
In lieu of degree 5+ years of supply chain experience is acceptable
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools are required
Strong oral and written communication skills
Teamwork, self-motivation, and organizational skills
Candidates must be US Citizen
