Mid LevelArchetype Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Bilingual Recruiting Coordinator fluent in both English and Spanish to support their recruitment team. The role involves coordinating interviews, managing onboarding paperwork, and ensuring a smooth hiring process while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Responsibilities
Communicate fluently and professionally with candidates and team members in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers across multiple time zones
Support the onboarding process by preparing, collecting, and tracking all required new hire paperwork and documentation
Manage candidate data and updates in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Send offer letters and assist candidates with pre-employment screening as needed
Partner with recruiters to ensure all candidate communication is timely, accurate, and culturally sensitive
Contribute to improving recruitment and onboarding workflows for greater efficiency
Qualification
Required
Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written communication required)
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Comfortable working across various platforms (e.g., ATS, HRIS, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office)
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with diverse teams and candidates
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment
Preferred
Previous experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative support
