Senior Manager of Demand Generation
Confidential company is seeking a Senior Manager of Demand Generation to build and lead a high-performing growth engine. This strategic leadership role is responsible for driving awareness, engagement, and qualified demand across digital, partner, and event channels.

Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end demand generation strategy, including inbound, outbound, and partner campaigns
Develop and manage campaign execution across digital, email, content, event, and direct marketing
Define and monitor KPIs for MQLs, SQLs, proper attribution, budget efficiency, and funnel velocity
Develop, manage, and grow a high-performing team while contributing directly to high-impact campaigns
Align tightly with sales to optimize lead handoff, improve funnel conversion, and shorten sales cycles
Lead positioning and messaging strategy to strengthen our market presence
Manage marketing budget and work with external agencies/vendors as needed
Support brand initiatives such as customer testimonials, product launches, and event activations
Build and maintain our marketing tech stack (Nice to haves: Hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub, SFDC Sales CRM, WordPress CMS, Pardot, or similar tech stack)
Conduct win/loss analysis and market research to inform content and campaign strategy
Build dashboards, track campaign performance, and refine attribution models
Use data insights to double down on high-performing tactics and retire underperforming ones
Optimize relentlessly: Monitor campaign performance, conversion, and ROI — and use data to fine-tune every step of the funnel
Ensure accurate campaign setup, lead tracking, and attribution models to measure true marketing impact
Leverage market and competitive insights to inform targeting, messaging, and campaign strategies
Qualification
Required
You've worked in Tech/SaaS companies with a multi-product go-to-market strategy and experience with expanding the share of wallet within the existing install base
You thrive in fast-paced settings, working on multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of successfully bringing them from conception to completion
You have very strong written and verbal communication skills and are metrics-obsessed when it comes to tracking marketing performance
You are a self-starter and enjoy working in a team setting
7–10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a demand generation or growth leadership role
Demonstrated success in scaling demand generation programs and managing integrated campaigns
Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics)
Strong blend of strategic thinking and tactical execution
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and hit pipeline goals in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub, SFDC Sales CRM, WordPress CMS, Pardot, or similar tech stack
