Monogram Foods is a leading food manufacturer specializing in co-manufacturing and private label solutions. They are seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to provide technical assistance, maintain and troubleshoot computer systems, and ensure data security at their Chandler, MN facility.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, provide timely solutions to tickets
Documentation of processes and procedures
User account management
Support and facilitate in a Microsoft Environment
Monitor network and systems status
Maintain and update systems inventory
Create and maintain knowledge base material and documentation

Qualification

Required

Minimum 2-year degree in a technical or related field
At least 2 years' experience in a Support role
Ability to be part of an on-call rotation schedule
Knowledge of Windows Server OS, Windows 10 and 11, and Office applications
Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy
Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and work independently
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and independent problem-solving skills
Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods and move throughout the facility as needed
Ability to lift items up to 20 lbs. unassisted
Visual and hearing acuity sufficient for business and technical environments
Valid driver's license and ability to travel domestically up to 25%
Must be at least 18 years of age or older

Office 365 experience preferred
