Proactively engages mall guests to introduce them to Capital Vacations’ programs, promotions, and vacation opportunities

Effectively communicates program details and benefits, providing a positive and informative customer experience

Maintains a strong knowledge of Company programs, systems, services, and resorts to confidently present information

Follows the Company-approved sales script and marketing presentation standards

Consistently meets or exceeds lead generation and sales performance goals

Ensures the kiosk area remains clean, organized, and visually aligned with Company brand guidelines

Accurately completes all required training, compliance courses, and reporting documentation

Adheres to Company policies, procedures, and professional conduct standards

Performs other related duties as assigned
