As a Senior Aerospace Repair Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and testing various aircraft accessories such as fuel pumps, starters, and generators, while also mentoring junior technicians and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

Perform advanced inspection, troubleshooting, repair, and overhaul of aerospace components, assemblies, and systems in accordance with FAA, EASA, and OEM standards

Lead complex repair tasks involving mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and structural systems

Interpret technical manuals, engineering drawings, service bulletins, and airworthiness directives with expert accuracy

Conduct root-cause analysis on component failures and collaborate with engineering teams to drive corrective actions

Operate precision tools, test equipment, calibration devices, and specialized machinery

Document all work performed in accordance with regulatory requirements and company procedures

Mentor and guide junior technicians, offering technical training and skill development

Ensure all repairs meet safety, quality, and compliance expectations

Support continuous improvement projects and recommend process enhancements

Communicate repair status, timelines, and issues to supervisors and cross-functional team
