Territory Sales Manager – EV Charging
Responsibilities
Delivering regional revenue objectives through a structured, high-impact sales approach
Building and managing a strong pipeline across destination charging, real estate, workplace, hospitality, fleet and public-sector verticals
Identifying, pitching, and closing opportunities with decision-makers across your region
Running a consultative sales process problem-solving, designing solutions, and shaping commercial proposals
Partnering closely with engineering, operations and product teams to ensure seamless delivery
Representing the company at industry events and positioning the brand as the partner of choice
Maintaining disciplined forecasting, territory planning and account management
Qualification
Required
A proven hunter with a track record of exceeding quota in B2B sales
Experience selling into commercial real estate, destination charging, energy, infrastructure, fleet, SaaS, or adjacent markets
Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Confident in articulating ROI, operational value and technical solutions
A motivated, self-starter mindset, someone who thrives with autonomy and ownership
Genuine passion for EV charging, sustainability and the wider energy-transition ecosystem
