Lovable is a pioneering company that enables anyone to build software quickly and efficiently. They are seeking a GTM systems and automation expert to automate GTM processes and develop internal tools that enhance Sales and Customer Success operations.

Responsibilities

Work side-by-side with Sales and Customer Success to translate business needs into technical solutions
Build GTM workflows and automations in n8n, Clay, and HubSpot (lead scoring, routing, qualification, alerts)
Create and maintain AI chatbots and agents for tasks like research, enrichment, and meeting prep
Configure HubSpot and other GTM systems to support Sales and CS processes (deal management, handoffs, alerts)
Connect GTM tools into one cohesive stack—and evolve that stack as we scale
Build internal UIs and apps in Lovable for GTM teams
Improve data quality, process consistency, and system reliability across GTM tools
Prototype and ship new automation capabilities as Lovable scales

Required

Strong experience building automations in n8n, Zapier, Make, Workato, Clay, and/or HubSpot
Deep CRM experience, including object architecture, deal management, reporting, workflows, and integrations
Experience enabling GTM processes for Marketing, Sales, and/or CS
Ability to design clear system logic and build tools that teams love to use
Experience with building chatbots/AI agents, scripting, and builder tools like Lovable
