Manager - Marketing & Digital Content

The Manager of Marketing & Digital Content will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying digital marketing programs, optimizing digital content, and managing product launches while collaborating with various departments to ensure an integrated marketing strategy.

Responsibilities
Responsible for design, development and deployment of digital marketing programs
Optimize digital content across digital touchpoints, including but not limited to websites, social media, digital advertising
Deploy best practices to drive traffic to digital properties and provide optimal customer experience
Develop new product marketing communications across digital media including video, digital/social, PR and event marketing as required to drive sales and branding
Work cross functionally with departments including sales, product management, operations and training to ensure an integrated digital marketing plan with flawless implementation
Manage new product launches including landing pages, PR, writing scripts and directing product videos as well as editing
Manage creative updates to external websites to maintain continuity with messaging and branding
Project manage and develop creative material for special events and tradeshows
Collaborate with Sales and Product Development teams to oversee digital marketing initiatives
Maintain relationships with outside agencies and operate within established project budgets
Provide direction and guidance to vendors on policies, regulations and procedures to ensure brand guidelines are met
Generate, edit and publish high-quality content (original text, images, video or HTML) on a daily basis
Manage a team of digital marketers
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to optimize marketing effectiveness and enhance stakeholders’ experience
Optimize content across digital touchpoints and drive innovation in the digital media landscape, leveraging it to drive positive financial results
Execute other projects as assigned by management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related degree with 10+ years of experience in Marketing
2-3+ years of hands-on experience with digital content tools like PIM or DAM or equivalent technologies
Progressive vision of how such tools can be used in rapidly evolving product information and digital content
Experience managing communications and program activation among internal salesforce and other stakeholders
Previous project management experience with marketing, branding, advertising, digital marketing or similar required
Ability to drive critical initiatives related to digital asset development and management activities
Excellent analytical and communication (written, oral, presentation) skills required
Must be able to communicate effectively to all levels both internally and externally to the organization
Familiarity with lean process improvement concepts, willingness to continually review and improve processes as necessary
Ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines without compromising quality
Proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Suite software, as well as CMS & SEO platforms
Ability to travel and work flexible hours when needed

MBA preferred
familiarity with Industrial marketing suppliers a plus
