Participate in local and national development programs
Engage in client relationship management, product knowledge, and market development
Pursue professional designations such as CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC)
Participate in leadership development opportunities
Qualification
Required
Recent college graduate or equivalent experience
Demonstrated patterns of success

Desire to shape and protect their future as well as those they serve
Ability to pursue FINRA registration requirements
Ability to navigate state licensing needs
