Responsibilities
Define and roll out product management frameworks and playbooks
Standardize how tools like Miro and Lucid are used for collaboration and visualization
Lead workshops, training, and knowledge-sharing sessions to upskill Product Managers
Partner with leaders across business units to align on priorities and drive adoption
Qualification
Required
Experience in product management and process improvement
Strong facilitation and communication skills
Familiarity with collaboration tools (Miro, Lucid, or similar)
Passion for building communities of practice and driving consistency
