Responsibilities

Follow company standards for welcoming customers & checking them in for service, gathering information from the customer and explaining the products and services offered, assisting the customer with any inquiries they may have regarding their vehicles, then write a service tickets to specification

Inform the customers of other detailing packages that are available and try to sell additional services based on the customer’s needs or wants

Recommend and introduce new products and services

Responsible for building strong customer relationships and ensuring that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective assistance

Communicate with customers from initial contact all through completion of maintenance, always ensuring that customer's expectations are not just met but exceeded

Promote a clean, safe, and healthy experience for our guests
