Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in HR functions such as employee relations, performance management, and compliance
Demonstrated knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across the organization
Analytical skills to interpret data and provide insights for decision-making
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Demonstrated proficiency in HR systems and data analytics tools
Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization
Strong problem-solving and change management skills
