Responsibilities
Perform innovative designs of building-related electrical systems over a variety of markets including Datacenters, Education, Science and Technology, Healthcare, Water/Wastewater, Municipal, Industrial, and Federal
Coordinate and work closely with a multidiscipline design team throughout the entire project's life cycle from planning stages, through the development of construction documents, and construction administration
Work closely with senior electrical engineers, EITs and designers
Support the development of drawings, specifications, and related engineering calculations
Field inspection
Resolution of RFIs
Review of shop drawings during construction
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering with an Electrical emphasis
Previous experience in electrical design of buildings (lighting/power/systems)
Requires professional engineering license recognized by the licensing board for the location of the position offered. Example: Professional Engineer (PE or P.Eng) license
Strong computer skills using AutoCAD and Microsoft Office, Revit, SKM, AGI and Easy Power
