They are seeking a Junior Legal Counsel to support the company’s legal function across contract management, compliance, and corporate structuring, while assisting in drafting and reviewing legal documents and ensuring legal compliance in multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities
Set up and administer e-signature accounts (e.g., DocuSign) and ensure proper use across the company
Arrange and maintain the contracts database, including proper filing, version control, and access rights
Track and manage new and existing contracts, monitor expiry/renewal dates, and timely inform responsible managers
Conduct legal research, including product and mobile app compliance, and prepare clear, structured summaries for internal use
Qualification
Required
Entry-level experience in legal counsel or related field
Strong attention to detail
Good organizational skills
Ability to communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and external advisors
