Responsibilities
Lead gear hobbing, shaping, and grinding process development
Create and improve manufacturing methods, CNC/NC programs, and operation sequences
Design tooling, fixtures, hobs, gauges, and inspection plans
Troubleshoot production issues and collaborate with Engineering
Champion cost reduction, quality improvements, and ISO compliance
Qualification
Required
Direct experience in gear hobbing, shaping, and grinding
Strong CNC programming skills
Background in tooling/fixture/hob design
Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
