Lead a Premier CEO Coaching Practice with Vistage

Facilitate monthly peer group meetings

Provide one-on-one executive coaching to CEOs and business leaders

Help navigate challenges and seize opportunities

Grow personally and professionally

Required

10+ years of senior executive or business ownership experience

P&L responsibility of $5M+

Current or former CEOs, Presidents, COOs, or senior executives

Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire others

Strong business acumen and communication skills

High emotional intelligence (EQ) and genuine curiosity

Executive presence and professional maturity

Exceptional relationship builder and networker

Entrepreneurial spirit and drive to build your own business

Preferred

Business or executive coaching experience (a plus)
