Responsibilities
Must have 1 to 2 years experience in Shipping and Receiving
Receiving: Unloading trucks, checking deliveries for damage/accuracy, matching items to purchase orders/invoices, logging items into inventory systems, and storing stock
Shipping: Maintain Customer Shipping Schedules accurately and on on time. Picking and packing orders, preparing shipping documents (BOLs, labels), weighing packages, calculating costs, and coordinating with carriers (UPS, FedEx)
Inventory Management: Maintaining accurate stock levels, organizing warehouse storage, and restocking shelves
Documentation: Processing paperwork, updating logs, and ensuring compliance
Safety & Housekeeping: Following warehouse safety rules, operating Forklift (certification preferred, but not required). Keeping the area tidy
Qualification
Required
1 to 2 years experience in Shipping and Receiving
High school diploma/GED
Strong organizational and time management skills
Keen attention to detail and accuracy
Basic computer proficiency (data entry, inventory software)
Good communication and teamwork
Physical ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Go Getter
Preferred
Forklift certification (preferred, but not required)
