Responsibilities
Collaborate with a volunteer to review our existing income plans and develop a simplified, actionable revenue strategy
Deliverables include a prioritized set of revenue streams, streamlined descriptions of offerings for funders/customers, and an implementation roadmap
Volunteer support will directly strengthen program continuity and community impact
We will share current materials, be available for regular check-ins, and work closely with the volunteer to test and implement recommendations
Qualification
Required
Collaborate with a volunteer to review existing income plans
