Responsibilities

Review nonconformances with the Quality Engineer at time of discovery to determine if the nonconformance is a Supplier related escape​
Communicate Supplier escape with SQE ​
Determine location and status of all potential nonconforming product ​
Submit Stock Reinspect Request Orders (RROs) in SAP to support triage and containment activities​
Review Discrepancy Reports (DRs) and perform triage activities including Supplier Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA​)
Input Responsible code, Charge Code, and Symptom Code ​
Ensure photos of nonconformance is attached and actual condition states the “is” and “should be” statement
