FlatironDragados is seeking a Corporate Payroll Specialist to manage payroll operations and maintain data integrity. The role involves processing payroll, auditing time records, and ensuring accurate entries for new hires and changes.

Responsibilities

Processes payroll within Company assigned frequencies, which includes compiling payroll data such as hours worked, taxes, insurance, and withholding union dues, and preparing and issuing paychecks

Processes timely and accurate wage assignments, garnishments, child support orders, and employment verifications

Audits all system entries for new hires, status and compensation change and termination submissions with the support of the HR Data Entry team

Responds and resolves payroll inquiries in a timely and compliance manner and within prescribed methods

Analyzes payroll reports such as Certified Payroll, Job Cost Association, Gross Payroll Registers, Vacation Reports to ensure accurate and timely tracking and accruals

Supports reconciliation of outstanding payroll checks with the corporate Accounting team
