Business Development Manager - Sports Court Division
Eosso Brothers Paving specializes in the design, construction, and maintenance of sports courts and is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to expand their presence in the property management and commercial sectors. The role involves developing client relationships, generating new business, and collaborating with marketing efforts to support sales initiatives.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with property managers, owners, developers, and general contractors
Generate new business through cold calls, emails, networking, and in-person visits
Retain existing clients by delivering exceptional service and ongoing communication
Represent the company at local expos, conferences, and client networking events. Occasional travel for out-of-state expos in the offseason
Coordinate and host happy hours, networking functions, and client engagement events
Assist with proposal preparation, bid packages, and public bid submissions
Build Maintenance Proposals/Projects. (No experience needed, on-the-job training)
Maintain and organize CRM data (HubSpot), ensuring timely follow-ups—especially post-networking events
Track, analyze, and report on sales activity, pipeline progress, and opportunities
Work with Pave America’s marketing team to ensure ASC stays ahead of industry trends
Support the execution of marketing campaigns, social media initiatives, and event promotions
Help create presentations, reports, and promotional materials to support sales and client engagement
Qualification
Required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); advanced Excel and PowerPoint required
Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel for client visits, networking events, and industry conferences
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required)
3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (construction or property management sector experience a plus)
