Sr. Financial Pricing Analyst

Responsibilities

Develops, interprets, and implements financial concepts for financial planning and control
Performs technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance
Gathers, analyzes, prepares, and summarizes recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements and operating forecasts
Performs economic research and studies in the areas of rates of return, depreciations, working capital requirements, investment opportunities, investment performance and impact of governmental requirements
Partners with business development and project management teams for quotes and pricing estimates for new and outgoing government proposals
Supports EAC and POC estimates analysis and forecasting on active working programs for both the DoD and DoE
Develops plans including budgets and forecasts
Provides in-depth financial analysis, interpreting results and making recommendations to management
Supports the development and delivery of financial policies, guidelines, and protocols to ensure the company complies with regulations and good financial practice
Resolves and ensures financial compliance with regulatory agencies
May conduct Principal audits and support internal, external and government audit requirements
Prepares and analyzes month-end financial reports; reviewing for accuracy or omissions, reporting findings to management and alert management to significant variances to plan and forecast
Perform ad-hoc reporting and studies as required including cost volumes for proposals

Required

Due to DoD requirements, candidates must be US citizens
Must be able to obtain and maintain DoD Security clearances and approvals
BA Accounting or Finance
Manufacturing experience is required
Understanding of financial regulations, compliance requirements, and risk management practices relevant to financial analysis
Working knowledge of FAR and DFAR Processes
Ability to identify financial issues, develop solutions, and provide actionable recommendations to improve financial performance
Ability to create clear and concise reports and presentations
Strong organizational skills to handle large volumes of data and complex analyses
High level of accuracy in data analysis, financial reporting, and model development
