Senior Technology Operations - Sales Tools & Tech
Walmart Canada is a leading retail company, and they are seeking a Senior Technology Operations Manager to join their Revenue Operations team. This role involves leading the design and implementation of visualization and dashboarding capabilities within Salesforce CRM Analytics to enhance the sales organization's productivity and efficiency.

Responsibilities
Work with commercial team leaders to gather and analyze business requirements for analytics and reporting needs
Design and develop Salesforce CRM Analytics datasets, lenses, dashboards, and stories to provide actionable insights and drive data-driven decision-making
Configure and customize Salesforce CRM Analytics applications to meet specific business requirements, leveraging features such as SAQL (Salesforce Analytics Query Language), dataflows, and recipes
Integrate Salesforce CRM Analytics with external data sources, including Salesforce CRM data, ERP systems, and other third-party applications
Optimize performance and scalability of Salesforce CRM Analytics solutions, ensuring efficient data processing, storage, and visualization
Conduct user training and provide technical support to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Salesforce CRM Analytics solutions
Stay updated with the latest features and capabilities of Salesforce CRM Analytics and proactively recommend enhancements and improvements to existing solutions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce CRM Analytics solutions for enterprise clients
Proficiency in SAQL (Salesforce Analytics Query Language), dataflows, datasets, lenses, dashboards, and stories in Salesforce Einstein Analytics
Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, and data visualization best practices
Experience with Salesforce CRM configuration, customization, and integration is a plus
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy
At least three (3) years of demonstrated expertise designing, implementing, and supporting Enterprise-grade technical solutions meeting complex business requirements
Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 3 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area
Option 2: 5 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area
Preferred
Master's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 2 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area
