Senior Creative Strategist

Responsibilities

Develop effective creative strategies tailored to premium customer goals and Liftoff's commercial objectives
Deliver quarterly planning for creative campaigns, including milestone setting and creative goal alignment
Lead and participate in brainstorming sessions to generate high-impact creative concepts that address customer-specific needs
Analyze creative performance data to extract actionable insights and optimize strategy using Looker and other internal tools
Pitch creative recommendations as upsell opportunities
Build and maintain deep relationships with strategic customers, acting as a trusted creative advisor
Partner with Revenue and internal teams to align creative strategy with broader account strategies
Design narratives and presentations that proficiently showcase creative insights, trends, and strategies through visual and verbal communication
Proactively manage customer and internal expectations through regular updates and high-touch touchpoints
Leverage internal resources and documentation to improve transparency and alignment
Manage projects autonomously, ensuring timely delivery and quality across multiple campaigns
Coordinate ad production deliverables with internal design teams and client stakeholders
Demonstrate robust organization and multitasking abilities in a dynamic environment
Identify areas for process improvement or tooling and provide thoughtful recommendations
Contribute to playbooks and knowledge-sharing that support the rollout of successful premium strategies
Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and collaboration
Share insights, case studies, and customer wins with the broader team to foster best practices
Stay informed on industry trends and contribute to internal enablement efforts

Required

5+ years of experience in creative strategy, digital marketing, or performance advertising
Experience managing high-value customer relationships and performance-driven creative planning
Well-developed project management and prioritization skills
Exemplary written and verbal communication, including presentation skills
Knowledge of digital performance metrics and campaign analysis. Including familiarity with Looker, Tableau, and Excel/GSheets
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
