Responsibilities

Manage a high-volume caseload of personal injury claims from intake through settlement or referral to litigation

Conduct client interviews and maintain consistent, professional communication

Review and evaluate medical records, accident reports, and other evidence to assess liability and damages

Develop case strategies and valuations based on evidence and applicable law

Draft demand letters, settlement packages, and negotiate directly with insurance adjusters

Collaborate with paralegals, case managers, and medical providers to ensure timely and thorough case development

Prepare cases for litigation, including compiling documentation, drafting pre-suit pleadings, and coordinating file transition to litigation attorneys

Ensure all case activity complies with firm policies, deadlines, and legal standards

Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements within the pre-litigation department
