Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities
Receive, log, and organize incoming paper tax organizers and client documentation
Accurately scan, label, and file documents within the firm’s electronic systems
Enter and update client information in the firm’s tax software
Collaborate with team members to ensure all files are complete and ready for review
Print, assemble, and distribute documents as needed to support the tax preparation process
Maintain strict confidentiality of all client and firm information
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Previous administrative experience required
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in scanning, printing, and basic computer applications, including Microsoft Outlook and Word
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Professional demeanor with a strong commitment to confidentiality and discretion
Preferred
Experience in a professional services, accounting, or tax environment strongly preferred
