8+ years expInfocodec Solutions is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager responsible for leading and managing complex IT projects across the full project life cycle. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining strong alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day management of all phases of complex IT projects to ensure successful delivery
Develop and maintain project charters, schedules, budgets, risk registers, communication plans, testing plans, and gate-review materials
Ensure all project artifacts comply with governance and audit requirements
Work closely with stakeholders to define scope, timelines, resource needs, and deliverables
Partner with business analysts and architects to translate business needs into detailed functional specifications
Identify and manage cross-project dependencies
Provide clear, consistent project updates and performance metrics to leadership
Secure and manage resources and funding for projects
Oversee vendor performance and hold partners accountable for deliverables
Analyze project risks, escalate critical issues, and recommend mitigation strategies
Communicate impacts to executive leadership when strategic direction may be affected
Support additional projects and initiatives as assigned
Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects following PMLC and SDLC methodologies
Track progress against objectives and implement corrective actions when needed
Coordinate project activities across IT teams, business owners, vendors, and stakeholders
Qualification
Required
8+ years of project management experience leading complex application, software, or data integration projects
Deep understanding of PMLC, SDLC, and modern software development methodologies
Proven experience managing mid-to-large scale IT projects independently
Ability to apply waterfall, agile, or hybrid delivery models based on project needs
Strong facilitation skills for managing cross-functional teams
Ability to translate business needs into actionable IT deliverables
Hands-on experience with Project & Portfolio Management tools such as MS Project, Planview, SharePoint, Jira, etc
Expertise in requirements gathering and testing processes
Broad knowledge of IT systems, integrations, and deployments
Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) required
Preferred
Experience in Commercial Insurance industry (strong asset)
PMP certification is a strong plus but not required
CPCU designation or advanced degree is a plus
