Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and support the development of water and wastewater projects
Manage tasks/projects and clients’ expectations for the planning, design and construction of distribution/collection systems
Create construction documents, specifications and handle construction oversight/administration
Work directly with clients to determine needs, develop the right strategies and provide solutions
Manage the client’s expectations throughout the project lifecycle to achieve the desired benefits and outcomes
Lead the planning, management, execution and delivery of planning and design projects
Develop relationships or provide guidance on possible pursuits
Support account teams in identifying, tracking and positioning for opportunities
Develop scopes of work and budgets
Supervise and support the work of others; mentor junior staff
Be involved in grant writing, GIS mapping/analysis
Qualification
Required
10 years of relevant engineering experience in conveyance system investigations and rehabilitation
Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering
Preferred
12+ years of experience
Master's in Civil, Environmental, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
Project Management experience on municipal water, wastewater, or stormwater projects of various sizes
Client relationships/experience with the local municipalities
Proficient in ArcGIS Pro
P.E. License
