Report directly to the CFO and prepare monthly financial statements
Manage Month-End, Quarter-End, and Year-End close processes
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting
Assist with general ledger management, account reconciliations, and variance analysis
Support budgeting and forecasting activities as needed
Partner with internal teams to maintain strong financial controls and improve processes
Contribute to workflow improvements, particularly within YARDI
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
4+ years of YARDI experience within the real estate industry (required)
Strong Month-End, Quarter-End, and Year-End close experience
Advanced Excel skills
Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
