Sales Account Executive
EOLA Power is one of the fastest-growing critical power companies in the United States, servicing UPS systems, batteries, and mission-critical infrastructure. They are hiring a Sales Account Executive to learn and manage client relationships while preparing for a potential promotion to Senior Account Executive.
Responsibilities
Learn how to scope UPS replacements, battery upgrades, bypass systems, repairs, and PM programs
Conduct site visits, build proposals, and manage your pipeline
Work closely with Inside Sales, Contracting, Engineering, and Field Service teams
Build long-term relationships across healthcare, industrial, municipal, and commercial markets
Maintain disciplined follow-up, organization, and CRM accuracy
Qualification
Required
Hungry and technical-minded
Coachable and eager to learn
Organized and disciplined
Comfortable in industrial environments
Strong at communication and relationships
Driven to build a career in a high-growth industry
Curious about technical systems (electrical, mechanical, batteries, generators, etc.)
Preferred
Industrial or technical sales
Generator, electrical, or HVAC industries
Field service background (UPS, battery, testing, mechanical, electrical)
Selling PM contracts or technical services
