Responsibilities
Assists with setup and breakdown of tables and chairs
Closes off areas of the garden for private use
Interacts with event guests and vendors in a friendly and helpful manner
Interacts with visitors in a friendly and helpful manner
Monitors and assists with Photo Permit patrolling
Additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Specialized training and experience is necessary for those jobs requiring specialized equipment operation in grounds and facility maintenance, specialized program leadership and supervision, technical clerical activities, etc
Must be able to stand for a duration
Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds
Must be available evenings and weekends
A minimum of 30 hours per month is required when available
Preferred
High School diploma or GED
One year of customer service experience
Attention to detail, responsible, and personable
Excellent communication and computer literacy skills
Ability to work weekend and evenings
Ability to give and follow directions
