Human Resources Management Analyst

The Human Resources Management Analyst will provide organizational and position management services, supporting the complete Human Resources lifecycle and conducting manpower/human capital research and analysis.

Responsibilities

Conduct personnel program analysis, position classification, and records management in compliance with DoD policies
Support organizational restructuring by updating rosters, manning documents, and organizational charts
Collaborate with leadership to develop and revise military and civilian position descriptions such that these documents adequately justify the grade and expertise required for each position by the organization's structure
Assist J35S to reshape the organization in response to changing operational and staff support requirements
Assist the J35S hiring process by coordinating with J3 and human resources offices, and assisting with the integration of new-hired personnel
Assist in the preparation of official correspondence and documents for signature, including letters, notices, instructions, and memoranda
Prepare official correspondence, command awards, and leadership documentation
Administer time and attendance accounts in ATAAPS and DAI-OTL, train personnel, and ensure compliance

Required

Active DoD Secret Clearance
Bachelor's Degree. Ten (10) years of related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
Ten (10) years of experience with Military or federal civilian personnel management
10 years of progressively responsible experience in personnel/human capital analysis
Direct experience supporting Joint Staff, Combatant Commands, or DoD headquarters-level organizations
Experience conducting organizational analysis, personnel management, and manpower/ human capital analysis
Experience supporting personnel management tasks (position descriptions, hiring processes, onboarding)
Hands-on experience with position classification, including factor evaluations and grade determinations
Prior involvement in organizational restructuring or transformation initiatives
Demonstrated success in coordinating taskers and workflow in high-tempo environments

Preferred

SHRM Certification (operational or strategic focus)
Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt
