After-hours On Call Coordinator

Phoenix Home Care and Hospice is seeking an After-Hours On Call Coordinator to join their St. Louis, Mo team. This role involves providing support and communication with clients and staff outside of normal office hours, ensuring high-quality customer service, and managing field staff as needed.

Responsibilities

5pm-8am Monday through Friday and 24 hours Saturday and Sunday
Represent Phoenix Home Care and the After-hours On Call department in a professional and courteous manner at all times
Develop and maintains relationships with clients by providing high quality customer service
Responsible for all communication with clients and staff after normal office hours on weekdays, weekends, or observed holidays
Respond to all after hours worker injury calls and refers employee to appropriate medical facility for treatment
Must work well in fast paced environment and adapt quickly to changing conditions
Oversee all field staff and re-staff as necessary when the main office is closed
Be available to take calls as directed by the Manager
