Responsibilities
Oversee patient access operations across assigned facilities, ensuring compliance with client SLAs, productivity goals, and process accuracy
Lead a team of directors and managers to achieve operational targets, improve patient cycle time, and drive continuous process improvement
Analyze financial performance (P&L) and manage human resources to align with budgetary goals and operational needs
Act as a change leader across locations to support process changes, staffing initiatives, and employee engagement strategies
Serve as a strategic partner to internal teams and stakeholders, contributing to broader organizational goals and performance outcomes
Ensure standardization, quality assurance, and consistent delivery of patient access services across all sites
Qualification
Required
Minimum 4 years of leadership experience at the manager or director level, including management of multi-level teams
Minimum 1 year of director-level experience overseeing operations at multiple facilities or equivalent business leadership experience
Bachelor's degree required (Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred)
Experience working in large, multi-site healthcare systems or service organizations
Proficiency in managing operational metrics, P&L analysis, and staff development
Preferred
Deep understanding of patient access workflows and the healthcare revenue cycle
Ability to lead change and manage complex operations with a strategic mindset
Strong data analysis, communication, and presentation skills
Experience in high-volume, matrixed environments
Knowledge of healthcare billing forms and systems (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, HCFA1500, UB04)
Benefits
