Required

Experience in defense litigation with specializations in Employment, Complex Commercial, Construction, Healthcare, Professional Liability, Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith, Environmental, Toxic Tort, Product Liability, and General Liability
Excellent litigation, writing and persuasive speaking skills
Experience taking depositions, arguing motions, and assisting with the handling of civil trials in state and federal court
Willingness to travel both in and out of state as needed
Licensed and admitted to practice in the State of Arkansas
