Responsibilities
Review, triage, and index high-volume email inboxes
Review, classify, and organize documents in our system
Complete email follow-up when additional information is needed
Evaluate and process Identity Forms with accuracy
Review and process select medical education credentials
Support the team with additional administrative duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint
Strong analytical and administrative abilities
2+ years in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
High school diploma required
Preferred
Experience in medical education documentation
Associate or bachelor's degree
