Own the strategy, execution, and ongoing performance of Oracle’s physical security program

Ensure the continuity and resilience of OCI’s global data centers and facilities

Lead global teams and collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive operational excellence, customer impact prevention, and 24x7 protection for OCI’s critical assets

Required

Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Business Administration, or a related field

12+ years of progressive experience in physical security operations or critical infrastructure protection, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity

Demonstrated experience managing global guard force programs, GSOC operations, and large-scale incident or crisis response

Proven ability to develop and execute global strategy, lead distributed teams, and manage complex vendor contracts and service level agreements

Experience designing and tracking operational KPIs, driving measurable improvements, and preventing service or customer impact

Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels and geographies
