Provide support of clients in diverse markets such as manufacturing, education, medical, and financial services
Work as a key member of a team to support clients
Operate in an extremely ethical manner for clients and within the organization
Maintain the highest levels of ethics and honesty
Split time between the office and various client locations
Travel to client sites, typically within local driving distance
Qualification
Required
Skilled in modern Microsoft Windows Server and Desktop environments
Skilled in Apple MacOS and iOS solutions, Android and ChromeOS
Skilled in cloud services such as Microsoft 365 and Azure, Amazon AWS, and Google Workspace (Apps)
Skilled in networking technologies such as TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, routing/switching, and DNS
Motivated self-starters who will operate in an extremely ethical manner for clients and within the organization
Ability to maintain the highest levels of ethics and honesty
Preferred
Software development tools and languages such as Perl, PHP, Python, or Java
Scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash
Databases such as Filemaker, MS SQL, or MySQL (and others)
Web server platforms such as Apache
Other operating systems such as Linux
