Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one and small group tutoring in core subjects like Math, Reading, Writing, Literacy and exam prep
Collaborate with teachers and school leaders to develop engaging, personalized learning strategies that help students thrive
Qualification
Required
Specialize in one or more Regents subject areas (Math, Science, English, Social Studies, etc.)
Dedicated to supporting students in mastering the Regents curriculum and passing the exams with excellence for grades 9-12
Degree-seeking student or graduate with a minimum 3.0 GPA in Education or a relevant field
Available to work 10-35 hours per week at an assigned school and participate in monthly training
Ready to work closely with teachers, school leaders, and fellow tutors to maximize student success
Committed to supporting academic and personal success, especially for underserved and bilingual students
