American Welding & Gas is a manufacturer and distributor of industrial gases, seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative in their South Division headquarters in Lexington, KY. This key role will provide superior customer service, addressing customer requests and promoting long-term relationships to enhance the customer service experience.

Responsibilities

Process incoming telephone calls, faxes, emails and provide a variety of services to the customer via multiple platforms (phone, email, SPS, Amazon, ECommerce, etc.)

Directly address customer requests/concerns for the entire company and/or efficiently route those inquiries accordingly

Monitor sales generate reporting and schedule services for customers in support of TICE operations (when applicable)

Monitor sales generate reporting and schedule services for customers in support of BULK operations (when applicable)

Accurate and efficient entry and distribution of all customer orders

Align daily tasks and long-term goals in support of the AWG sales team, Specialty Gas, A/R, procurement, operations and branch management company wide

Participate in self-directed work team environment

Additional duties and special research or administrative projects as assigned
