Customer Success Manager - Healthcare SaaS

The Customer Success Manager will take ownership of U.S. healthcare clients' success, ensuring they maximize value from the platform while building strong relationships and translating feedback into actionable insights.

Responsibilities
Hands-on onboarding and implementation for new healthcare clients in the U.S., ensuring they get maximum value from our platform
Train customers, troubleshoot complex issues, and proactively solve problems before they become blockers
Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their needs
Gather and translate customer feedback into actionable insights for Product, R&D, and Sales teams
Qualification
Required
5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Implementation roles in SaaS, preferably in Digital Health or Healthcare
Experience with U.S.-based customers
Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating complex AI or NLP products
Customer-focused, highly organized, and detail-oriented—but more importantly, resourceful and relentless in finding solutions
Excellent English communication and presentation skills (native or near-native)
