Responsibilities
Data Integration & Management: Collect, clean, and manage data from multiple sources including referrals, medical notes, and case documentation
BI Solution Development: Design and build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support case managers and leadership in decision-making
AI Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders to explore and implement AI-enhanced analytics and automation opportunities
Insight Generation: Translate data into meaningful insights that align with case manager workflows, family communication, and care coordination
Software Development Support: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to inform the design of proprietary tools that improve alignment across referrals, documentation, and communication
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
Proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and a willingness to explore AI-powered analytics
Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
Experience in healthcare, social services, or case management environments is a plus
