Responsibilities
Serve as global subject matter expert for the HRIS system, ensuring data integrity and system security
Design, implement, and analyze reports to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making
Actively participate or lead HRIS-related projects, including system upgrades, implementations, and integrations
Troubleshoot system issues and provide global support through research, effective communication, and collaboration with team members to find solutions
Develop and maintain training materials and facilitate training both virtually and in person to ensure that users feel confident and are able to utilize the system effectively
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance system efficiency and user experience
Ensure the HRIS system and processes comply with all relevant regulations and standards
Qualification
Required
Requires a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in HRIS management, with a strong understanding of HR processes and systems
Proficiency in HRIS software (e.g., Success Factors, Workday, Oracle, SAP) and data analysis tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights
