Total Rewards Analyst I

Grand Canyon Education (GCE) is a rapidly growing educational service company that provides support services to the post-secondary education sector. The Total Rewards Analyst I is responsible for data collection and analytical activities to support the organization's total rewards programs, including providing reports and analysis for compensation and benefits initiatives.

Education

Responsibilities

Perform data analysis inclusive of researching, collecting, organizing, modeling, analyzing, validating, interpreting, and preparing analysis and recommendations with high attention to detail
Reconcile data from reports to prepare for program cycles and special projects
Support development and delivery of presentations and education materials
Support projects as assigned across Total Rewards offerings to include work related to rewards and recognition, systems testing and implementation
Maintain standard operating procedures and records as instructed by manager
May collect and prepare company data for annual and ad-hoc total reward survey submissions
Write/revise job descriptions/classifications/families in collaboration with Human Resources Business Partners for organization
Maintain job description library
Update job profiles in HRIS system
Manage and update department turnover and diversity dashboards
Assist with the execution of faculty agreements
Assist with government reporting requirements, ex: EEO1, BLS, IPEDS, OES etc
Assist with Wellness program updates, maintenance, and expansion
Various compliance reporting for compensation and benefits programs
Vendor management assistance. Error report corrections and updates

Required

Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution
Strong attention to detail is required
Experience with Microsoft Excel is required
Must pass pre-employment background investigations

Preferred

Minimum 1 years' experience in the analysis and administration of benefits and compensation and classification programs working for a company with a minimum employee base greater than 3500
Corporate business experience in related function
