Responsibilities

Support the software engineering lifecycle following the program Software Development Plan (SDP) to include requirements analysis, object-oriented analysis & design, code & unit test, integration, and support to formal test/delivery

Required

Strong software design, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills

Experience with programming languages such as C, C++, and Python

Real Time Operating System (RTOS) experience – (GreenHill or VxWorks)

Standard teaming: Ability to work with multi-disciplined teams

Experience with full software life cycle development including SW design, architecture and integration & test

Experience with Cameo/MagicDraw/Rhapsody

Experience with requirements verification in multiple program lifecycle phases

Experience with Agile project management

Familiar with Guidance, Navigation, and Control Algorithms

Active Secret Clearance Required

Must be a US Citizen; this position will require Final Secret government security clearance prior to starting

Preferred

Demonstrated behaviors of a software thinker; select and apply appropriate software thinking skills to solve very sophisticated problems and implement constructive change

Familiarity reviewing codes, requirement, and UML diagrams

Experience with White Paper and Trade Studies

Experience participating on teams implementing MBSE on programs or contracts

Missile or space segment design and test experience with one or more subsystems
