Chamberlain Advisors is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Technology Risk & Compliance to support enterprise IT compliance and risk management activities. This role will assist in maintaining the company’s compliance with regulatory and certification requirements, including PCI-DSS, HIPAA, and HITRUST, and will be responsible for developing and executing IT control testing procedures.

Responsibilities

Assist in the development, execution, and management of the IT compliance program

Assess IT processes and controls to identify risks, weaknesses, and opportunities for remediation

Execute detailed IT control testing procedures across multiple systems and platforms

Analyze and interpret regulatory standards such as HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and HITRUST, and advise teams on compliance

Collaborate with internal and external audit teams to support compliance reviews

Develop and maintain documentation of control frameworks, testing outcomes, and risk mitigation steps

Prepare clear, well-organized reports and dashboards summarizing findings for management and stakeholders

Support governance processes and ensure IT practices align with company policies and industry standards

Required

Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in IT compliance, audit, or security OR a high school diploma/GED and 7+ years of relevant experience

Demonstrated experience in IT security compliance, IT audit, or risk assessments

Experience working with PCI-DSS, HIPAA, and cloud security frameworks

Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to synthesize technical and regulatory data for various audiences

Intermediate proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF functions, and creating charts/graphs

Understanding of IT General Controls (ITGC)
