They are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled 3D Associate Technical Designer to support WM Kids apparel programs, focusing on 3D pattern corrections and ensuring accurate execution of pattern corrections throughout all fit stages.

Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with the Technical Design team to measure, adjust, and execute required e-pattern corrections across all fit stages prior to production

Apply Technical Design feedback to update 3D assets, ensuring corrections are accurately reflected in patterns, graded nests, and visual renders

Own and manage the workflow, prioritization, and deadlines for all 3D submissions in alignment with WM Kids production calendars

Partner with overseas offices and factory-based 3D teams to ensure clear communication and timely execution of updates

Confirm that revised 3D assets support physical sample feasibility and meet brand and retailer specifications

Ensure all 3D renders, measurements, and graded nests remain accurate, current, and production-ready

Maintain organized documentation and version control for all 3D pattern updates and submissions
